LACET emerged from a singular conviction: classical craftsmanship is not a nostalgic relic, but an active, architectural force. Founded on the tidal promenade where coastal sunlight strikes concrete harbor towers, our studio explores the tension between fragile artisanal lace and uncompromising metropolitan silhouettes.

Each garment begins in South Indian weaver collectives, where openwork cotton lace patterns are meticulously hand-drawn and loom-guided. By lifting these delicate techniques out of traditional ceremonial constraints, we reconstruct them into cropped tops, sharply engineered shorts, and streamlined evening armor designed for luminous city scapes.

Our aesthetic rejects ornamental excess in favor of purposeful contrasts. The translucent purity of ivory floral lacework finds its counterpoint in high-sheen lacquer red boots, gilded waist chains, and the raw geometry of modern glass architecture.
